Au+DHD Learning by Ms. T

Your brain is
not broken.
You had the
wrong manual.

Interactive psychoeducation built from inside the neurodivergent experience — not about you through a clinical lens, but with you, as you actually are.

ADHD

Dopamine-Fuelled Brain

Interest-based wiring, not a discipline problem. Built for bursts, not marathons.

Autistic

Routine-Dependent Regulation

Structure is your nervous system's best friend. Different social manuals, parallel empathy.

AuDHD

Two Operating Systems

Running ADHD and Autism simultaneously — the gains, the friction, the compound stressors.

Our lens — how we see neurodivergence

Outside-In (what we are NOT)

The view that ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD are broken or deficit versions of a neurotypical brain. Clinical frameworks often start here — describing what is "wrong," "lacking," or "disordered."

Inside-Out (what we ARE)

The view that neurodivergent brains are different neurotypes — not broken NTs. This platform is built entirely from this lens. We understand AU+DHD on its own terms, from the inside.

Important: There will be clinical references throughout this program — because clinical knowledge matters. However, this is not a clinical course and should not be taken as such. It is psychoeducation written from a non-deficit, ND-affirming framework, informed by an ND researcher and clinician.

Who this is for

Built for your neurotype. All of them.

Do you know what Au+DHD actually stands for?

Au = Autism + DHD = ADHD + Au+DHD = combined neurotype
Try again

Whether you identify as ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD — this platform was designed with your specific brain architecture in mind.

Also especially for Late diagnosed adults New to understanding your neurotype Still figuring it out

ADHD

  • Interest-Based Immersion, not laziness
  • Task Inertia Phenomenon — getting unstuck
  • The ADHD Pendulum: hyper and hypo arousal
  • Dopamine-Fuelled strategies that actually work
  • Emotional Flooding and how to navigate it
🔵

Autistic

  • Routine-Dependent Regulation as a strength
  • Sensory Sensitivity Differences mapped to you
  • Different Social Manuals — not broken, different
  • Masking cost and energy budget awareness
  • Parallel Empathy recognised and valued

AuDHD

  • Two-operating-system dynamics explained
  • The Gains & Losses Table for decision-making
  • Compound stressor mapping
  • Safe Mode — when both systems are maxed out
  • Content for the compound AuDHD experience throughout
How you'll learn

Multimodal learning; because one size doesn't fit all.

🎮

Interactive Games & Tools

Bingo cards, decision trees, interactive scenarios. Learning that engages the dopamine-fuelled brain by making it genuinely interesting — not just informative.

📚

Boredom-Proof, Bite-Sized Mini-Courses

Courses are so boring... yawn. We know. But some concepts genuinely need more explanation — it can't be helped. So they're broken into bite-sized, digestible formats. Oh, and did we mention there are games embedded in them?

💬

Community & Live Discussions

A moderated space where neurodivergent adults learn alongside each other. Monthly live Q&As with an ND researcher, expert, and guide.

📖

Storytelling & Characters

Meet Mr. Auddy Fisher. Branching narrative scenarios where you see your own experience reflected — without the clinical detachment of a textbook.

A manual for your brain

"My Brain, My Manual."

By the end of the program, you won't just understand your brain — you'll have created a complete personal reference document. Your manual. Written by you, about you, informed by an ND researcher and clinician.

01

Identity & Neurotype

Meet your brain. Name your neurotype signature.

→ "This Is My Brain"
Covers ADHD & Autistic neurotype portraits, the AuDHD co-occurrence, deep interests, and how your brain is wired — not broken. You'll write the first section of your manual here.
02

My Sensory Profile

9-channel inventory of triggers and supports.

→ "My Sensory World"
A guided sensory inventory across all 9 channels. You'll identify your personal triggers, supports, and non-negotiable accommodations — including the sensory paradox for AuDHD.
03

Stressors & Equilibrium

What knocks your specific brain off balance.

→ "What Knocks Me Off Balance"
Maps ADHD stressors, Autistic stressors, and compound AuDHD stressors separately. You'll build a personal stress response signature and early-warning recognition guide.
04

My Strategy Toolkit

Labelled library — ADHD, Autistic, and AuDHD tagged.

→ "What Works for My Brain"
A strategy library tagged to your neurotype — Bait & Switch, This or That, Name It to Not Shame It, Feasibility Analysis, and more.
05

Emotional Regulation

The pendulum, Safe Mode, and flooding navigation.

→ "How I Regulate"
The ADHD Pendulum — hyper and hypo arousal. Safe Mode for burnout stabilisation. CBT adapted for Emotional Flooding. Sensory regulation and co-regulation conflict for AuDHD.
06

Relationships & Communication

Masking cost, social energy, self-advocacy language.

→ "How I Connect"
Masking cost and your social energy budget. Communication profile. Relationship non-negotiables. Self-advocacy language you can actually use.
07

Sustainable Systems

Your personal strategy map. The capstone.

→ "How I'm Designed to Live"
Environment as your external brain. Work and productivity blueprint. The capstone — your completed personal strategy map. Your manual is done.
What you'll walk away with

Not just insight. Actual, usable self-knowledge.

This isn't a course about neurodivergence in general. It's a guided process of building your own operating manual — personalised, practical, and clinician-informed.

01

A named framework for your experience

Language that finally matches what's been happening in your brain — from the inside out, not the clinical textbook.

02

Strategies that are neurotype-matched to you

Not generic wellness tips. Tactics tagged to ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD wiring — built around how your brain actually works.

03

Your completed "My Brain, My Manual"

To be loved is to be seen. Share your personal "Me Manual" to help others truly see you.

Is this right for me?

Some places this fits. One place it doesn't.

This program isn't for everyone — and that's intentional. Here's how to know if it's a fit.

This is for you if...

You're ND and want to understand yourself

  • You identify as ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD — or you're still figuring it out
  • You're late-diagnosed and catching up on self-understanding
  • You're new to understanding your neurotype and want a grounded, affirming starting point
  • You want language and tools that actually match your lived experience
This is also for you if...

You support, love, or work with ND people

  • Clinicians: If you want to understand ND from an inside-out, non-deficit framework so you can better affirm your clients and adjust your therapy spaces
  • Loved ones & non-ND folks: If you want to genuinely understand and connect with someone you care about
  • Curious minds: If you've always wanted to understand neurodivergence from the inside
This is NOT for you if...

The deficit model is the only framework you'll accept

  • If you believe the clinical deficit view is the only "correct" lens for understanding ADHD and Autism — this program will feel like a direct challenge to that, because it is
  • This is a non-deficit, ND-affirming space. The inside-out framework is not a supplement here. It is the foundation.

Your brain is not a broken version of an NT brain.

It's a whole different neurological wiring — and that's something to be proud about.
